It is made with silver material lined with a layer of quilting with Velcro at the opening for easy removal. The pouch is available in the male or female version and will hold one Sacro Wedgy® and one elevation pad. Retails for $15.95 - excellent for truck drivers or traveling salesmen. Some like the pouch just to hold the two items together. If you are on a firm seat such as a plane, use the Sacro Wedgy® without the elevation pad. Find your comfort zone.
