I purchased a Sacro Wedgy 2 months ago and it has helped me a lot. I had pretty chronic trochantor pain, along with sciatic pain from the piriformus to my knee. The Wedgy worked beautifully. I used 2 pads at first, and suffered some pain from the muscles stretching, but once I went to the wedgy alone, on a smooth surface, combined with ice, my problem turned around 360 degrees.
