Note to Cindy: You answered the phone when I called with questions regarding my first purchase. I now consider you my guardian angel. I have had chronic problems since a fall in 1995. My progress is slow but I am convinced this is finally the answer I have been looking for. It took a number of years for me to get this way so I am patient and pleased with any positive improvements. The pillow is a must--I also have had 2 whiplashes--and feel that my neck likes the treatment as well.
