I just wanted to let you know that, much to my amazement, my left hip and leg are doing SO MUCH better since I started using the sacrowedgy. My diagnosis was hip tendonitis. The piriformis muscle was involved, and the IT band got into the mix, too. I can feel the difference immediately after being on the sacrowedgy for a while.
