Hi there, My name is Nizam Ali . I live on the island of Trinidad & Tobago, in the Caribbean. MY brother in New Hampshire purchased the sacrowedgy for me on my advise. You see ,I have been diagnosed with spondylolisthesis grade 1. Since then I have been undergoing therapy at the general hospital.
